Sad but Inspired

Last week or so I signed up to be a BeachBody Coach. I had a hard time finding the “‘why’ I wanted to be a Coach”. The best answer I could come up with is that I wanted to help people. That answer simply wasn’t “deep enough”.
Today I found out that someone I know died recently. I was deeply saddened by his loss – I still am – but I also am inspired because he is my “why” (or at least in part). You see, he was overweight and developed diabetes. He developed complications from his diabetes that led to a drastic decline in health and eventual death. I wish there was something that I could have done for him.
It makes me think of the other people on my life.
My overweight father was recently tentatively diagnosed with diabetes. I look at him and I see my lost friend. I won’t let him go through the painful decline similar to my passed friend.
Friends reading this now: are you overweight, diabetic, looking to get healthier? Do you know someone who is in that situation? I urge you to do something about it.
As a coach, I have a website for fitness. http://www.beachbodycoach.com/aliciammobley
I also have a website for nutrition-dense supplements and shakes. http://www.shakeology.com/aliciammobley
I want to start an online fitness group for you all of you. I will also need help to support the group. Support team members don’t have to have a perfect body or know everything about fitness. I will need positive people to motivate group.  There is an opportunity to change lives and earn extra income. If you are interested in joining the fitness group(s) in any capacity, please contact me.
Obesity is real. The effects are real. Death is real. RIP A.E.N.
